Step by step

Via WhatsApp at +52 595 109 3969. Either the concierge or the guest can request it. Hotel visits are arranged via WhatsApp only; they are not booked online.

With the guest's permission: hotel name and address, room number, guest name, preferred language and a contact phone number. There is no need to send medical details by message: they are discussed during the visit.

Availability and the applicable fee (by zone, time and day) are confirmed. Estimated arrival time: about 55 minutes to Del Valle, Roma and Condesa; 60–90 minutes to Polanco; about 1 hour 50 minutes to Santa Fe, due to distance and traffic. It may be shorter. Other areas: confirmed when you request the visit.

The visit takes place in the room and is paid directly to the doctor in Mexican pesos: card (portable terminal), bank transfer or cash. Before a first visit, the guest needs to fill in two forms at drcjortegaarenas.com/formularios: the informed consent and the health questionnaire.
